Copyright music and lyrics
• The law on copyright for music is 10% of the total time of the song, for example if a song was 100seconds long then the copyright law would be at maximum of 10 seconds. You have copyrights 70 years after your death or 95 years in total. Having copyrights to a song or lyrics means that no one can reproduce your own work. No one can make a profit from your work, no one can call your work their own and no one can perform this music without your permission. The year of public domain music is 1922. Also public domain means that anyone can use your work or reproduce your work. And proof of public domain means proving that your allowed to reproduce this music or use it for your own personal issues. Some rules of copyrights is …

Identity Theft

What mistakes did this woman make to have her identity stolen?
She Used a Debit card instead of a credit card. Which a credit card is a lot more safe when protecting your bank account.

Why do you feel ID Theft is such a common problem these days?
I feel like it is such a common problem these days because so many people dont think that identity theft can happen to them and they are very stubborn. Also because of the technology that has been invented, such as purchasing items online, can lead to alot more identity theft.

What type of documents or personal belongings would someone have to obtain to steal a person’s identity?
You would have to steal somones credit card number, address, and your social security.
What are some ideas that you would suggest to someone to protect their identity from being stolen.
I would suggest using a credit card, being very careful with who gets/sees your information, and dont trust anyone with valuable information.

Who do you think is to blame, the person stealing the identity, or the person who is not protecting themselves from identity theft?
The person who is stealing the identity theft because its not always your fault if someone steals your information, like michelle Brown, she never did anything wrong.

New Technology

The new technology that is coming out is mind reading technology. It is a video cameras that can show the emotions of a person, there facial expression, body language, body temperature, heart rate, breathing patterns and other cues. Adding all these symbols up can tell alot about someone, like if there going to commit a crime. They are going to put these in sports stadiums, airports, and other high profile events. Also these are going to become the new lie detector. Which will be alot more accurate and easier to use. Pretidicted in a few more years after this they will soon be able to capture someones words in there head or specific scenes and imagery.
